Y.A.L.E. Cherry Hill campus Lower School students explored sensory stations and recorded their preferences, as part of a Zones of Regulation® lesson. The curriculum, designed to foster self-regulation and emotional control, is used as part of Y.A.L.E. School’s social skills classes. Staff members from our Occupational Therapy and Counseling services collaborated to offer the lesson which aims to strengthen our students’ self-regulation skills to help them better cope with sensory, emotional, and executive functioning issues that may affect their success in school.
