Cherry Hill Campus Student Named “Most Improved” by Camden County Board of Freeholders

Y.A.L.E. Cherry Hill student named Camden County's "Most Improved"Y.A.L.E. Cherry Hill campus senior Anthony Goodson was awarded “Most Improved Student” by the Camden County Board of Freeholders as part of their “Best of Class of 2014.”

The certificate was signed by Louis Capelli, Jr., Freeholder Director, and Ed McDonnell, Freeholder Deputy Director.

Melissa Woodward, one of Anthony’s teachers for the last three years, has watched Anthony grow into a responsible and mature young man. “He loves helping others and takes pride in all that he does. I recommended him for this award because he has shown vast improvements from when he first arrived at Y.A.L.E.”

A Camden city resident, Anthony has been at Y.A.L.E. since 2009. Now 18 years old and finishing high school, he will be entering Y.A.L.E. School’s Standard 9 transition program next year to help prepare him to go on to college where he plans to learn to work with computers.
